Like Ponytail said, I don't always read the books (or else I get to them later), but I still greatly enjoy the Q&A sessions. Book and author info alike are stored for future reference, and that's very, very helpful. Joe, thanks again for keeping the BOTMC going.

@das: The way I see it is that Neil – though starting out with the likes of Buffalo Springfield – is pretty much a solo artist who hooks up with various bands for albums and tours.

That makes sense, and I never would've thought of it like that. Listening more carefully to more of his songs, I can get the grunge-group homage thing, and Young's reciprocal interest in people like Kurt Cobain and Eddie Vedder . . . whole 'nother subject, I guess. Commenters on society are always trying to draw generational lines, and while circumstances can be substantially different, it seems to me that the commonality of human nature makes up for differing experiences. [/moody ruminations]

SciFi Wire has some comments from Christopher H. on his upcoming role in the New Moon movie:
http://scifiwire.com/2009/07/new-moons-vampire-marcus.php

And Lou Diamond Phillips is juggling many roles right now. He is the biggest name in Universe. He won the NBC reality show. And he was the last celebrity standing in the World Series of Poker Main Event. He lasted into the fifth day. Here is an interview:

James Enge

Man, I sure do love reading these author Q&As!! Most of the time I don't get a chance to read the book, but for some reason I find these Q&A's to be fascinating. I never miss reading them. All the authors are so friendly, down-to-earth, patient, and above all, interesting. I love their thought process.

Thank you! Mr. Enge for taking the time to answer the questions, as you did not disappoint! I was sucked in with the very first question(s). Several people asked the same question (a common occurance). I love the way Mr. Enge printed the question from each person, then answered once for the whole group. More trouble on his part but very cool of him to do that! Wonderful Q&A!!!!

And thanks Joe!

Mr. M., my birthday is the 27th of July. Any chance of my promised autographed script page arriving before then? You said “soon” on May 25th.

Thanks to Joe for hosting and to James Enge for a great Q&A! I'm looking forward to the new book coming out in October. And to tide me over until then, I just picked up some back issues of Black Gate Magazine to read the Morlock stories that were published there!

Hercules and Antaeus! I see the similarity now but the way it was used in the story was a very deft and interesting twist on that theme.
